My husband works construction and has since he was 17. He's 56. He works so hard and when he gets home his hands, arms, legs, feet cramp up. He has always drank large amounts of water all day. I tried to get him to take these but he won't and won't stop abusing his body with alcohol. The other guy sits at a desk job and hates it and when he's off work he exercises at super high levels and sweats until his cells are depleted of electrolytes and he has had seizures. He drinks pedialyte to stop the seizures. I tried to get his wife to give him these but she didn't. I don't understand why. Anyway, these are GREAT! Thank you!!

I took one capsule a day for two days, and it made me severely constipated. I felt no symptoms of dehydration, which was good. I may have to experiment with dosing to minimize the constipation.

Spend way too much time outside in the sun, and even after keeping hydrated, I found out that I was still cramping up at night, because I needed to replace all the Electrolytes, I sweated out during the day... I'm thankful you made these but your in teeth trouble you don't drink enough water with them... my feet started swelling fast when not enough fluids
