I wear this right before bed, hence the red tired eyes in my pic. I put the "goo" in the tray & leave it in my mouth for 30 minutes. I set a timer on my phone & use FB or play a game or two. Then take it out & rinse my teeth (mouth) with water. I was hoping to use it for a month straight. But I think I'm going to stop & just use it when I feel my teeth need a little pick me up.
