Reliability, Excellent form fit and function
This backup camera works great and fits correctly in a Honda Accord '14, replacing my original camera that became foggy and fuzzy recently. I cannot recall the original camera was ever so clear with such a high resolution. As for for the installation it could not be more simpler and straightforward. Once the trunk liner is removed, simply locate the two 10mm bolts at both ends inside the frame of the trunk, which support the outside chrome trim across the rear. This trim hides and protects the camera, and needs to be taken off first . Disconnect the camera assembly connector, then grab it from outside. Insert the new camera wiring cable and adjust. There may be some resistance to locate and snap the camera assembly plastic flanges in place because of the thickness of the new foam gasket in the back.it. Trim down the foam with a sharp blade, do not remove it entirely, as the camera, when inserted, might become too loose. Connect and test! It has been couple days and hopefully it will last a long time.

Great Rearview Camera replacement for my 2017 Honda Accord!
After 7 years, my rearview camera died and I was dreading having it replaced given how expensive car repairs can be. I ordered this one and it arrived as promised. I found You tube videos showing how to install this camera and although it appeared to be a simple procedure; I didn't want to attempt to do it. I found a mechanic to install the camera for a very reasonable cost. This camera is an exact replacement and functions just as the other one did. When the car is placed in reverse, it provides all the views just like the original rearview camera. I'm glad I purchased it. Doing so, saved me a lot of money on this type of repair.

Not a good replacement
This is a bad product. I ordered several different cameras for my 2014 Accord EX-L and this was by far the worst camera I found. It’s not a wide angle view, so you can only see what’s directly behind you; it doesn’t support changing the camera angles like the original (where you click the button and it shows you wide view, directly behind you view, and facing down at the curb view), and the quality of the image seems a little more grainy. Order another brand!

Replaced my broken backup camera in my 2014 Honda Accord
My 2014 Honda Accord had an issue where the backup camera display had a blacked out screen, but could still see the yellow guidelines. After doing some research it seems like replacing the camera is the only option to fix this issue. This camera was easy to install and the picture looks good (I don't remember what the original Honda camera looked like, but I can't tell the difference so this works perfectly for what I need it to do). It does all three angles like the original (the fisheye, normal, and top down). The angling of the video image might be slightly different, but functionally it's the same and you have a good field of view. For the swap out you have to access the underside of the trunk lid by popping off the plastic clips and removing the felt facade. I got a special clip screwdriver thing and replacement clips for about $8. Then you have to remove the chrome molding thing above the license plate from the back which I used a 10mm socket with a short extension to reach and remove two bolts. It also has clips so the chrome molding slides off in a certain way. The backup camera has a plastic springbar that holds in it place, so you depress that and it pops out. The wire just plugs into an assembly and that has a little spring bar too. The new camera you feed the wire back through the hole, angle the camera so it catches the hook on one side and then push it in on the plastic springbar side, and plug its wire right into the assembly. Then reattach the molding and the felt. Glad I finally replaced my broken camera, and this camera was about $45 which is $200 cheaper than the Honda OEM.

Plug and play in a pinch.
Worked on my 2015 accord ex-l. Quality is meh but it clips in and is plug and play. Better option than spending 100s for an oem camera.

Product description inaccurate - Not a true multiangle camera
I can only give this product a two star review because the product does work and will directly replace the OEM camera, but the product description feels disingenuous in mentioning multiangle views. The camera received only works with multiangle view in the way that you get the same image from the one camera point of view for each "angle" but only the lines overlaid on top of the image changes. This is not a true multiangle camera, but it would be sufficient if you only ever use the one, main view. So if the other angles are not important or you don't use them, or cost over functionality is your priority, then this would be a good choice. Unfortunately, I'm looking for OEM functionality without the OEM price. I found this one on Amazon by Dorman (Hopefully the link works), and it has videos showing the factory functionality, though it's almost 6 times the price but half the OEM price. https://www.amazon.com/Dorman-590-440-Assist-Camera-Select/dp/B07KLPGLN2/ref=sr_1_2?crid=SWCBC5IP3P8Q&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.7LNc0_P9YoUUNPKIuIP_R8Ra-eNt_324SgSWx5HpEQeBUMmZqKlOvwwEplF42N0Kcsrf4Ruqhx-_91JQgrI9EvRXRhK-DfWzOJkYGkqIGVLf0Xncvjfv3GS_tYJbbFebcaTFJzeL9u-zvSga0YEhlyz_Pgk5FEeIYaGDnuTAdodlBGBAqiKGZU13If_eewHHl0Nq99-kduJnEOxAOQd2BSN0otF5A35TnkpqTTHW1Rg.rQFil40SKJMz5R68pNoJ4p7Dokp4jTFymIhTIGmO63k&dib_tag=se&keywords=Dorman+2014-2017+Honda+Accord+backup+camera&qid=1747171322&sprefix=dorman+2014-2017+honda+accord+backup+camera%2Caps%2C123&sr=8-2&ufe=app_do%3Aamzn1.fos.9fe8cbfa-bf43-43d1-a707-3f4e65a4b666

Better than OEM
Watch the 10 min installation video on YouTube for your model car and literally its plug and play. Camera is more clear and wider view than my OEM for more than 1/4 the price. Save your money and spend 15 minutes to install you won’t regret it.
