Does not bleed through if used with fountain pen!!!

I got this to use as a daily journal. I sat down and wrote my first entry, and I'm pretty satisfied. I use a fountain pen. I tried this journal first with Noodler's Black ink, but it didn't seem to want to absorb and react properly. The pen skated a little and the ink smudged quite a lot well after it would have dried on another paper. I switched to Carbon Black ink, though, and it was fine after that. The ink didn't bleed through at all that I saw, and there was very fine ghosting, but nothing problematic. I like the little tiny 4mm grid. I think this notebook would look nice with kind of a sepia-toned ink. If you write a line per grid row you can fit a lot of information on one page. Aside from not being very compatible with Noodler's ink, this is a nice pleasing little journal.

I prefer this to Midori MD. Thin pages that handle fountain pens really well

Best notebook, I use it as my yearly journal. This year I purchased the half-a-year version so it's thinner
