I've always used them in the kitchen and thought this would be just a simple installation but soon discovered there's a design flaw with this one. There's inside and outside threads for both male and female application but be careful if, like me, you use it for male into female. The first time I tried it with the smaller of the two washers (supplied) it leaked and so was able to back it off and try it with the thicker one. This time after noticing a small drip still coming from the threads I tried tightening it. Long story short...the threads have become recessed into the female end of the faucet and it's now impossible to back it off as there's nothing to bite onto with any type of wrench...normally there's two small divots in the aerator to put an aerator wrench on for exactly this purpose but much to my dismay I discovered too late that this one was designed without the ability to remove it once it's installed if the end of your faucet has internal threads.... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good overall *by O***T on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 June 2017* Good, it works, unlike the Ecostar one I bought before which was rubbish and is now just kept for spares. My only issue is that it may save water, partly due to the aerating effect but also partly because it reduces the flow - there is a very small hole in the inlet side, looks to me about 2mm.
