A very aromatic and pleasant spice and it has a very Mediterranean zest to it. I combined this with fish and chorizo and it worked beautifully. Just sprinkle a little on the food and it goes a long way. For those who love fennel,..it is a must!

Such a shame. The item's glass case is shattered. The packaging should have been more robust. What a waste of a very precious herb

Wonderful Fennel flavour
I used in for a stuffed rolled Porchetta really great flavour much more intense than just crushed fennel seeds.
