The adjustable strap, straws and straw brush are missing from my order. How can I get them?

I thought mine were missing, too, but then I found them inside of the water bottle. The 2 straws, straw cleaner and strap for the carrier were all inside.

Can I get replacement caps for it?

Yes, search Buzio Replacement Accessories! You get a cap, 2 straws, and a straw cleaner for $14.99 plus tax if applicable! I just went ahead and paid the extra $20 and upgraded to the 64 oz! I love Buzio!
