Brilliant, heavy and difficult to hold with one hand while trying to get the screws in while leaving out of the window. Absolutely easy, if you follow the instructions to set up while indoors. So far works brilliantly, the tracking feature is spot on and the quality of picture is great even at night. Just hope it keeps working.

I decided to buy one of these as the reviews were very good and Amazon were doing a great deal on them @ £131. Arrived yesterday and the first thing that stood out was how well presented the packaging was, the box was amazing quality, this was a very good start for me. In the box was everything you needed and more. Including an extension for the power and an Ethernet cable which you apparently needed to complete the setup. I’m not sure if I did need it but I plugged it into my router as was advised as part of the setup. The install couldn’t have been easier and connection to my 5ghz network was straightforward. When i first run the Reolink App/ software I thought the quality wasn’t as good as I’d hoped, this was soon rectified when I changed to the highest 4k resolution and the highest on camera zoom in. Now I’m very impressed, absolutely fantastic quality right to the end of my road both ways. There is a fair bit to do to get the best out of this camera as it is quite advanced, but it all appears to be in the Reolink App, but it’s all good fun, it just needs time to get the best out of it. I have it mounted high on my property and my whole front garden is very well covered day and night. Pitch black outside and with the infa red it’s like daylight. When you have it set to colour, again incredibly good. Well i’m so impressed with this camera that I’ve bought a second one for the rear of my house and as it’s being sold at £131 I thought I’d snap up a bargain before it’s back to the full price. Really I would highly recommend this camera, if you register it, Reolink will give you 2 years 6 months warranty As I said there are lots of settings and to get the best out of it you will have to play with it, but it’s all easy to do in the app, but one last thing worth doing straight away is find the bit that controls the PTZ, movement of the camera and stick in a load of camera positions, this way when you click on the positions you’ve saved the camera moves to that position really quick. I love this product and so far I would say if you are looking for a decent well made fully featured security camera at a bargain price then this is it without any question 100%. Having used this brand for internal cameras that have performed extremely well, I needed a quality external camera withbthe capability of IR and motion sensors. I can't fault this system. Putting aside the initial cost (178.00)ish the recorded picture quality and ease of set up far exceeded my expectations. Having already used the app for previous installation adding the new camera was a doddle. The only issue I have noticed was there are occasionally recording dead spots from around midnight to around 4am..which may possibly have something to do with running cheaper electricity at night, which is interfering with the router and wireless signal. I'm no specialist but I can't think of any other logical answer. Overall a perfect camera for my needs.

These have replaced some eufy cameras that did not sit well with my home WiFi. I find this camera fast to respond the app while I am away from home and work really well with Home Assistant and can be used to turn lights on within Home Assistant. I have since replaced all my cameras with Reolink

Seems to be a fairly good cctv camera with pan and tilt with zoom. The app is good and it integrates pretty well with Home Assistant. It would have been a 5 star review but for one thing and this is a major one that has made it unusable for the purpose I bought it for. The position I want to put it in unfortunately overlooks my neighbours. Not a problem, I thought as it has the ability to blank out an area one the camera so I’ll be able to show him I can’t see into his garden, however the blank out functionality is badly thought out for pan, tilt, zoom cameras as its fixed on the camera and does not take into account the panning. What is the point of blanking out say the left hand side of the image if I can rotate the camera and then see the very area I blanked out. All that does is make part of the camera not usable. They should disable it as functionality for the PTZ cameras and not sell it with the functionality as a feature because it’s completely useless unless they can take account of the angle of the pan and interactively move the blanking area when the camera is panned. So it’s going to go in my back garden now, which is fine but not the reason why I bought it. Now waiting for the zoomable fixed vandal proof dome camera wifi version that is going to be released shortly.

Excellent out door security camera, very clear even in low light, two lenses and tracking means you catch everything. Adaptable and easily set up. The bright lights means a clear view at night and a great deterrent for would be burglars.

AVOID. I noted it was frequently returned, but thought I would try anyway as fairly computer literate. Well set it up with no problem, camera works, tracks, good picture, but will not play back and now does not record. Tried everything, updated, new SD card, spent ages on chat to support but got nowhere, in fact during call to support lost all previous recordings! A lot of instructions from support did not apply to my camera or work eg no menu or items not in that menu but elsewhere! Liked camera and features, but if it does not record/play back no point buying. I also note others have had this problem.

Wir haben uns die Reolink TrackMix Wifi angeschafft um unser Katzen-Außengelände zusammen mit der Nebeneingangstür des Hauses überwachen zu können. Ein Zugang außerhalb des internen Netzwerks war nicht vorgesehen, eine Aufzeichnung auf SD-Karte sowie Änderung des Blickwinkels (Pan, Tilt) erwünscht. Wichtig war auch, dass es keinen Zwang einer zahlungspflichtigen Cloud gibt und die Möglichkeit die Kamera mit herstellerfremder Software nutzen zu können. Ich habe die erste Einrichtung der Kamera mit der Android App von Reolink vor der Montage durchgeführt. Dies ging sehr einfach, letztendlich wird ein QR-Code generiert und vor die Kamera gehalten, so dass diese sich mit dem Wlan verbindet. Zudem möchte Reolink die Kamera in Verbindung mit einer E-Mail-Adresse registrieren, dafür bieten sie eine Garantieverlängerung auf 2,5 Jahre. In der App fallen dann erstmal die zwei Bilder auf. Diese kommen getrennt von den beiden Objektiven, eines mit fester Brennweite, das andere mit Zoom. Zunächst hätte ich mir ein einzelnes Objektiv mit reinem optischem Zoom gewünscht, mit der Zeit sehe ich aber auch den Vorteil beim Zoom gleichzeitig das Umfeld beobachten zu können. Die beste Android App für Überwachungskameras die ich kenne ist die tiny Cam App die ich als bezahlte Pro-Version nutze. Überraschend konnte ich die Reolink TrackMix hier allerdings nicht sofort einbinden. Reolink bietet auch eine Software für Apple und Windows PCs an. Gemütlich mit Monitor Maus und Tastatur habe ich mich durchs Menü gehangelt und entdeckt, dass RTSP und ONVIF erst eingeschaltet werden müssen (Einstellungen: Netzwerk, Server-Einstellungen). Dabei wird auch darauf hingewiesen, dass dies aus Sicherheitsgründen nur für die Nutzung im LAN geschehen sollte. Jetzt konnte ich in tiny Cam eine ONIV-Kamera einrichten, lediglich auf die Zoom-Funktion muss ich hier bislang verzichten. Nachdem ich mich mit der Desktop Software beschäftigt habe, finde ich mich auch in der Reolink App auf meinem Tablet besser zurecht. Beide sind mehrsprachig die deutschsprachigen Versionen sind sehr gut übersetzt, dennoch musste ich viel experimentieren um einzelne Einstellungen zu verstehen. Bei Alarm kann jetzt auch eine Mail mit Bild versendet werden. Das Bild der Kamera ist gut, Tonübertragung kann, wenn gewünscht in beide Richtungen erfolgen. Die Nachtsicht mit IR-Licht ist gut, unter Verwendung der überraschend hellen weißen LEDs ist dann auch Farbe drin. Als richtig nützlich erweist sich die Pkw/ Person/ Tier – Erkennung der Kamera, die einzeln wählbar sind! Im Garten mit bewegten Pflanzen würde eine einfache Bewegungserkennung fast dauerhaft Alarm schlagen, oder bei herabgesetzter Empfindlichkeit kleine Tiere nicht wahrnehmen. Die Erkennung von Personen und unseren Katern scheint bei abgewählter Bewegungserkennung sehr zuverlässig zu sein, automatisch wird gezoomt und verfolgt. Die Reolink TrackMix Wifi macht einen soliden Eindruck, die Möglichkeit eines erweiterten Überwachungssystems mit NVR (Zentrale Aufzeichnung…) und weiteren Kameras finde ich gut. Kritisieren kann man das Fehlen jeglicher Dokumentation, oft beschreiben diese aber ohnehin nur was man auf dem Bildschirm sieht und man muss/will dennoch alles Ausprobieren um zu verstehen. Zuvor hatten wir eine Kamera die an eine App mit Werbung gebunden war und ohne die Anmeldung übers Internet am Benutzerkonto ihren Dienst verweigerte; zudem war die Nutzung ohne kostenpflichtige Cloud eingeschränkt. Diese Erfahrung und plakative Werbung macht den Kauf einer Überwachungskamera für uns Verbraucher zum Glücksspiel, daher bin ich froh das meine Wahl auf diese Reolink gefallen ist. Super Kamera lies sich leicht installieren und in das vorhandene System mit NVR von Reolink integrieren. Sie liefert Tags und Nachts scharfe Bilder ich nutze aber nur die Infrarot LEDs und nicht die Spot Funktion, da ich finde das die Schwarz Weiß Bilder bei Nacht einfach die bessere Qualität liefern. Die PTZ Funktion ist wirklich wahnsinnig schnell dabei habe ich den geschwindigkeits-Regler so belassen wie er war da ginge aber noch was steht etwa auf 30%. Das Training funktioniert sehr gut denn Autos und der Hund werden zuverlässig als solches erkannt und aufgezeichnet.
