I cut a little slot in my sleeping bag so I could get a popper fitting tool inside. Popper is now repaired. Used this tape to patch the cut, and yeah it’s a bit of a mess where I didn’t close the cut enough first, but the tape is doing a. Great job it’s sticky and flexible

Works a treat. My tent is 7 years old and has taken a battering with the weather in that time, and as a result has a few small holes and a tear to it. This tape is fabulous. It's easy to cut and apply to the holes and tears on the outer tent (I applied the tape to the inside of the outer tent so it's discreet). It seems to stick very well, and time will tell if it can stand up to the challenging weather I'll be taking my tent in. Only downside is that it is very expensive for the small amount you get, so I've knocked a star off my review for that. However, if it keeps up to it's claims that it's virtually indestructible, then I will deem it a worthy investment and a success :-) I now keep the rest in my tent repair kit pouch and hopefully I will never need to use it again.

Given the high cost of this tape I was sceptical, but as I had a very large tear in my otherwise pristine Gore-Tex PacLite jacket I took a punt on it. Took a while to arrive (although within the indicated time to be fair and it was posted direct from the U.S), and there was only just enough provided to do my repair (it was a *very* large tear). I followed the instructions to the letter, prepping the surface with Isopropyl alcohol and trimming the corners to a curve. I applied the tape to the inside of the jacket, having first used clear Scotch tape on the outside to hold the material together as best I could. I had to use two pieces of Tenacious tape due to the nature of my tear. It has done a really nice job and you have to look quite closely at the outside of the garment to even spot the repair, it's extended the life of an otherwise still decent jacket. It's been about a month now since I did the repair and all is well with no sign of peeling so I'm hopeful about the longevity of the fix. I did spend quite a lot of time on the prep however and I suspect that (like painting) the end results are dependent on the quality of the preparation. It also probably helped that the Gore-Tex Pac-Lite inner was well suited to the tape adhesive. All in all, very satisfied and would buy again, especially as the supplier included a 10% off voucher for an additional purchase.

I used this to repair a tear in a large divers trolley bag. It was along the zip, so I was very pessimistic it would work. It did! A few years on and the bag is still going strong. The bag was black so the repair is almost invisible. I’ve used the tape since to patch the interior of a pair of shoes! Really good product, which I have bought again.

I bought this tape to repair a split in some gore tex packlite trousers. The tape didn't even last for 1 ride. The tape will be ok if you use it to repair a very lightly loaded seam. It did not work for the trousers. I would use this to patch gore tex but not in any areas subject to the fabric being pulled apart a bit during use.

Excellent. Bought this to repair a small tear on dark blue NF down jacket and it has blended in fully to the material so virtually invisible. Seems to have stuck down full, with no gaps or bubbles. Hope it lasts and if it doesn't it's easy to use another piece

Poor adhesion to multiple nylon products. Failed to stay put. Potentially need a separate adhesive to aid binding it this is not clear from product description.

It's a great product. It's sticks very well and comes in basic colors... just don't hope for the impossible! It's NOT going to have the same color OR texture as your coat/sleeping bag... it is going to fix that tear/hole, but it's going to be noticed... I embraced the fact that it was the wrong shade/texture and put on anther patch so it looks like my coats designed to have sections of that material.

Easy to use and reliable

Meine neue Weste hatte leider durchs Aufhängen einen Riss in der Kapuze. Dieser konnte mit dem Reparatur Tape super geflickt werden. In der Kapuze fällt die getapte Stelle gar nicht auf, es ist aber auch eine sehr versteckte Stelle. Zur Haltbarkeit nach häufigem Waschen kann ich nichts sagen. Vereinzelte Waschgänge hat das Tape jedoch gut überstanden.

Tape worked great to repair small rips and bonfire-related burn holes in my down jacket. I bought the yellow to colour match my jacket and although the colour online is true to life, the tape itself is pretty sheer. Instead of working as a nice block over the damage (I cut my patches into the shape of stars because I am a loser) you can still see through any patches you apply. So not quite as neat a finish as I'd have liked, but overall does the job, and I'm not longer shedding feathers!
