so: yes: this is very expensive compared to regular baking/ roasting trays. But. Its worth it. stuff doesnt stick, doesnt warp, doesn't rust, and can dishwasher. Consider it an investment, even if you flinch at initial cost, which i did... its just a pleasure to work with. Personally i don't use it on the hob: I'm not convinced hob use is a good idea for longevity.. And its big. just fits in oven. takes up huge amount of space in dishwasher. tbh i hate handwashing stuff, everything but everything goes in there and takes its chances, but its just easier to handwash this tray. Epic for making roast potatoes in.

This product is worth every penny. Incredibly sturdy and does not bend during baking, non stick and super easy to clean. The size is quite perfect and I love the high borders and the overall shape of it. I definitely recommend this baking tray.

Good quality but bit too heavy for me

I have used trays 4 times more expensive than these before and won't go back. The sturdiness is impressive, with a high resistance to warping under 250 degrees, the non stick coating seems good, and they clean really easy. Overall very very happy.

Absolutely the best baking tray I’ve used for making Puglia-style Italian focaccia! Using around 450g of Caputo flour and 150g of re-milled semolina (about 600g total) works perfectly for the tray size and gives excellent results every time. Just remember to follow the instructions before first use.

I've had two of these for a year, used them hard and they are nearly good as new. I needed something a bit smaller and bought something a bit (not much) cheaper and those ones lasted 5 minutes. Buy these, they are fantastic, perfect non stick. Dishwashable. The one I bought was huge, might not fit in your oven! check dimensions.

I've been through a few baking trays of allegedly good quality (e.g. circulon), and they're a nightmare - they stain easily and never come clean, so they always look filthy and get sticky. These ones are perfect so far - good weight, feel strong and durable, and most importantly cleaning them is a breeze. Although I've not had these too long yet (and I'll update my review if things change), I'm so far feeling confident that these will look as good as new for a long time to come.

Expensive but fantastic trays, so easy to clean and food cooks a treat without getting stuck. Definitely would buy again, but don't think I'll have to for a long time.

Super easy to clean even if you burn stuff

Robustezza e praticità sono la sintesi di questo prodotto. Ottimi i materiali di costrizione, ottima la fattura della stessa, pratica nel suo essere versatile per ciò che serve. Personalmente la maggior parte delle volte l'ho utilizzate per la pizza; con un po' di attenzione prima di stendervi la pasta (un filo d'olio per ungerla o un po' di farina lungo i bordi, fanno sì che la teglia sia assolutamente antiaderente. Ne consiglio l'acquisto anche se il prezzo può sembrare elevato: alla lunga ci si accorge che è danaro ben speso.

L'ho comprato per fare la focaccia, trovare delle teglie rettangolari non di ferro che abbiano il bordo tra i 3 e 4 cm non è facile. Certo con la teglia di ferro il risultato è superiore ma quelle che si trovano per forni normali hanno una qualità bassa e perdere tempo per fargli tutto il trattamento di bruciature etc non vale veramente la pena, ne ho buttate troppe per continuare a spendere soldi! Questa è ottima, ha un giusto peso e non si deforma durante la cottura, cosa che succede sempre a quelle troppo leggere, si lava in lavastoviglie e la cottura della focaccia è perfetta. La consiglio!

Le ho comprate per sostituire le mie vecchie teglie per pizza che ormai hanno fatto la loro campagna dopo 13 anni. Ero un po' scettica per il fatto del prezzo, che come teglie, sono parecchio care anche se io le ho avquistate con il 51% di sconto. Ne ho comunque acquistate 4. Ho eseguito la preparazione come consigliato nelle istruzioni, dopodiché le ho provate per la loro prima pizza...che dire, sono rimasta davvero molto sorpresa, cottura pazzesca e perfetta antiaderenza, mai provato teglie di così alta qualità!! Le consiglio e straconsiglio!! Davvero ottimo prodotto!!
