I found too much negative hold backs. Is the writer really that keen on Hydroponics? Or have I missed his point.

This book is an excellent introduction to the subject of hydroponic gardening. It lays out six simply DIY methods, that any begginers should have no trouble following if they wish to try this themselves.

Complete waste of my time and money, there is more detail in a free pdf downloaded from the net. This book has taught me to read the reviews before purchase.

I'm going to admit that I was pretty disappointed in the quality and content. Pages feel very very cheap, the few images are small and not very clear. I honestly feel like the company was after a few easy to make dollars rather than a quality product. I don't recommend this book at all. But somewhere else. A few pictures added to highlight the blurry images compared with other things. The text does have some good pointers, hug the overall quality of the book really makes it easy to not want to even read it.

Wright has given the detailed information of the types of systems, lightning, nutrients and various tools to troubleshoot any related problem. I would highly recommend this book to the beginners who want in depth knowledge about hydroponics. This book provides detailed info about light and nutrient requirements for growing plants, which I could not find anywhere! For specialized information on growing vegetables, maintaining the growth, troubleshooting all the problems, this book is incredible! The book deals in specialized equipments which can be easily created at home. The pictures make everything easy to understand. I had easily created an aeroponic system which was fun. However, an ebb or bubbler system would be the best to start with. It is indeed a great book to learn about hydroponic system of gardening. This book can be a useful tool in teaching agricultural sciences. The author has beautifully described the material lists for building each system and how to keep it in good running system. Buying this book helps you to save money and even your crops! The book surely deserves a five star.

This book is a good intro to Hydroponics which is what I wanted. As I learn more, I will probably get me a small set up and learn about hydroponics in the now. Hopefully I will be able to use it for salad vegetables.
