i really liked it it helps getting out the sebum from your pores, the only thing is that you’re going to have to applied pressure so that it comes out but it is less than normally, and most of them come out completely. If you have a lot of sebaceous filaments is going to take more than one time to make it look very clean, but after one time it left my nose visibly more clean.

The pads feel soft and luxurious, and the product is gentle and refreshing to use. It’s a nice step for light cleansing and skin prep. However, it doesn’t come with enough pads for the price, and despite regular use, it did not remove blackheads or noticeably clear clogged pores for me. It works more as a mild maintenance product than a deep pore cleanser. Overall, pleasant to use but underwhelming in results

i swear by dr. althea products because of their quality and this one gets the job done! it has a bit of a minty/mentholy smell but feels cool when applied to the skin. comes with the cotton swabs and nose patches as a pictured and with enough to last a while but not enough to use the whole bottle with. the usage is self explanatory and it does get all the gunk/sebacious filaments out!! i recommend dousing the nose pad in more of the solution than you’d think because it needs to be very moist to be effective. the bottle has a pump nozzle so it’s easy to waste product if you’re not careful but works great! also recommend proper aftercare to make sure the effects are consistent.

Doesn't work at all. Followed the directions and it never did anything to my nose.

I've used this a few times now and I feel like the extraction tool does most of the work, and even then it doesn't seem to do much for me. I got this because I have really oily skin and thought this could help loosen up sebum buildup and white heads so I could extract them easier without damaging my pores and skin further, but I honestly think I could get the same effect with some steam and the extractor tool. Though, maybe this product helps make sure the skin is clean enough to not break out more after you deal with your pores. Either way, I don't think I'll bother buying again, you could probably get the same effect with a cheaper skincare product and the tools.
