Works well, best we've found for many years. Good handle makes life a little easier for those of us whose bodies aren't as flexible as they used to be. Gets rid of the hard skin quite easily and without having to exert too much pressure. Good price too.

I’m usually so sceptical with these products. I’ve tried a few. I suffer from really hard skin on my heels and have done for years. Usually I’d have to go to a podiatrist and have the skin cut away with a scalpel every so often. I work in healthcare so I’m on my feet all day every day for up to 12 hrs at a time so the hard skin builds up. This file is fantastic. I literally had it delivered and used it straight away. Done a great job. File is nice and sharp with a good sturdy handle. Ergonomics are great too. Really easy to use. The dead skin catcher is a godsend. It’s gross but effective. Also really easy to clean. For what this cost compared to the electric files! It’s a no brainier. Great value for money. Done a great job of skin removal. My heels look and feel a million times better. Slapped on some moisturiser and socks. Job done.

Can honestly say the best foot file I have ever used and I have tried so many! My feet feel so smooth! It’s Very sturdy, large file and very sharp! I was far too eager and started using it before I had soaked my feet-big mistake! I have took a chunk of skin from my heel off and it’s so painful. Don’t get carried away like I did! Worked fab in the shower. It had gotten ridden of some hard dry skin I have had for ages. Hubby is still convinced it’s a cheese grater. Would be 5 stars if I hadn’t have taken so much skin off I’m such a short time- but that’s my error!

During the lockdown, putting on loads of weight and lounging around the bottoms of my feet were truly horrendous. Dry, tough skin on my heels that really was not nice. I used a pumice stone whilst bending over the toilet but it was only semi effective and was back breaking as you had to bend and contort at different angles to file away. So I saw this product and thought that it looked really nice so I would give it a try. Arrived quickly and so that evening I was ready to rip. It felt so nice filing away, you really don’t have to press hard, if at all but it quickly made a massive difference compared to my other foot, so I finished both. It didn’t hurt at all but I would recommend doing it gently as the next day my feet were a little tender to walk on, so do it over a longer period. I did put a bit of aloe vera gel on at the night time and left my socks on to try to soften and moisturise the skin and they feel better today, so like I say take the filing easy as the product really does remove the dry skin very quickly and effectively, but like I said it did feel very nice whilst the old skin was being removed, just don’t take off 6 inch thick skin in one go like I did. It wasn’t actually 6 inches thick, but when the bottom of your feet are in desperate need of a makeover it feels like it. So I would recommend this product as being good quality, easy to use and nice and comfortable whilst doing so, and should last for more attacks on my feet when they get bad again, but actually they won’t because I could just gently stay on top of my soles to prevent it happening again, and maintain my lovely soft feet that can get back in my flip flops without offending, hahaha.

I did not know i needed this thing till i tried it out... and oh man, the stuff i shaved off my feet? absolutely disgusting! but super satisfying and my feet are a heck of a lot smoother now. You can be pretty aggressive with it too (or i could at least) and not scrub your feet raw! if you are thinking about getting this product, I can recommend A+
