This is such a nice turner. Much better than I thought I could get. It makes turning and picking up fish a dream. I have used it a few times cooking trout in butter in a 12 inch D3 skillet. Its wonderful. The pic of it is in a D3 All-Clad 10 inch skillet. I cooked 2 salmon fillets in it last night.

This was the only kind of spatula my mother would use. Of course hers was a different brand and it wasn't stainless steel but boy could that incredibly flexible spatula flip some over easy eggs and pancakes perfectly without destroying them. If you have one of these spatulas you don't need a non-stick pan and if you're one of those people who can't flip an over easy egg in a cast iron or stainless steel skillet without breaking the yolk this spatula will be a game changer for you. It takes a little bit of practice to get used to bending your spatula against the pan before sliding it under your eggs. The same goes with pancakes. I wish it was cheaper but it's better to have it than to try and make do without one.

Highly Recommend this spatula. Flexible, lightweight and comfortable in the hand. It is of good quality and made to last! Good value for the money.

It has been very useful in both cooking and scraping burnt food off my pans. Plus it's really durable though it is a bit flimsy due to the thin metal, but it doesn't get deformed in any way. Great value for the money you pay. Also feels pretty nice to use.

While I really like this item I have questions about the description. It is said to be stainless steel and yet it will not hang on my magnetic strip. So, I would say it is not steel anyway. It is light in weight and does function well and cleans up better than my other one.

I just purchased this individual All-Clad stainless steel fish turner and I also bought in that same order the All-Clad Stainless steel non stick 5 pieces kitchen utensil set that also includes a fish turner. Both of these fish turner utensils are not the high end All-Clad fish turners that you would expect from a supposed high end company like All-Clad but what was sent out to me were a very low end, flimsy, light weight,substandard substitutions made in China that would barely hold a fried egg before falling back into the pan; they don't even have the trademark "All-Clad" stamp on the handles( the rest of the non stick set was fine though),. I am livid that Al-Clad would "bait and switch" these two items with their loyal clients who have come to expect only the best. I would of prefered to have the true original high end utensils that do exist but only sold at William Sonoma which I just found out, and not this low end dollar store quality utensils hat I just received. It would also be useless to ask for an exchange with Amazon for all I will get the same low end substitutions sent back to me so both things are going to be sent back for a refund due to the misleading representation of these utensils from All-Clad. Don't even bother to call the customer service department of All-Clad for based on the reviews hear on Amazon and elsewhere they are notorious to put the blame on the customer instead of making things right!

My favorite spatula - love the slim handle so it stores easily in a caddy with other stove top utensils. Love the thinness & flexibility so it's easy to work under something sticky. Top quality workmanship!

Dishwasher safe with a minimal, aesthetic design. After about six months of regular use, it still looks new. Cleans well in the dishwasher with no rust spots. Works well for turning fish or other items that need a flexible turner, as long as the food isn’t too heavy.

I use only cast iron pans and this turner works extremely well for 90% of my cooking . This tool works well for scraping stuck on food , cutting IE; eggs/french toast or sneaking under delicate items . i have tortured this turner almost daily for 6 years and rivets are still intact and flexible part is still like new considering its thin profile . When i cook fish, monster burgers or other heavier foods i use a different ALL-CLAD turner
