Kid loved it. They loved the characters!
The story is very fine. Not as good as the gruffalo or room on the broom, but it is very decent. The end though is a bit weird for the baddies. Anyway, kids loved it and want to read it again and again. The illustrations are very nice. A great book!

Meh
We love Julia Donaldson stories but this new one is a let-down. This story just isn't up to the standard we expect from JD. Bummer it wasn't a funner story.
