La verdad si he dormido mejor. Sobre todo con el ruido blanco/rosa/cafe. Yo lo compré para no escuchar la secadora de lo vecina en la noche pero es muy placentero dormir con estos sonidos. Trae también sonidos de lluvia, música de terapia, etc. lo recomiendo mucho hasta para salas de masaje. Se alimenta por USB A por lo cual puede funcionar hasta con una batería.

I am just a “regular” person with no expertise on sound machines. I decided to consider giving one a try. I checked on Amazon and was surprised by the variety of choices, many of which were low in price. I chose this model based on the ratings of others, price and I liked the way it looked. It is compact without looking “tiny”, it doesn’t overwhelm a night stand and looks discreet . It has 30 varieties of sound. I found several of the sounds soothing and they help your brain block out outside noises. This machine has PLENTY of volume, I never set it above 1/4 volume (the knob is infinitely adjustable and does not move “click to click”). It has a quality sound and doesn’t sound tinny. My sleep quality has noticeably improved, I wish I would have tried it earlier. I strongly recommend this product and it is a great value.

The white and brown noise keep out all the noise that wakes you up in the night. I use it every night, all night.
