I like the gummies, which taste like candy. I had a concern about getting a consistent amount of the vitamin daily because I'm using them to help repair major nerves from back surgery. Some companies don't keep their supplements consistent with the amount stated on their label. I'm supposed to take 1200mg daily (6 gummies). However, I'm happy to say that my medical lab tests, which are done every 3 months, show a proper level of B12 in my system, and over the past year and a half, my nerves have been slowly healing. Before taking them, my knees and legs would simply collapse under me, and I'd fall. I had painful, tingly nerves in my legs and feet. Now, I can walk with a cane, and the tingling is mostly gone. I also don't have to worry about taking too high a dose because my body doesn't store B12 in my system the way Vitamin A or D does. Any excess is simply flushed out. I'm a believer.

These b12 gummies are so so tasty! You’ll want to eat them all at one sitting! I was told from my doctor my B12 was low and ordered these from Amazon and I am so glad I did. They don’t have that nasty smell that some vitamins do and the taste is just amazing. I highly recommend.

Seems good. Tastes good. I believe it helps my mood stability like similar Methyl B12 supplements do. I like the taste amd consistency but I'm debating whether the additional ingredients to make a sweet, tasty, storable gummy form of methylated B12 are worth the risk vs a similar capsule form supplement which pays no mind to taste or consistency. The related added ingredients I refer to include sorbitol, maltitol, Ismakokitol, erithrytol, carnauba wax, and vegetable oil to name a few. While I have seen no noticeable side effects or performance differences of these vs the Methyl B12 capsules I have taken for years, I generally try not to ingest things/ingredients I don't need.

Better than traditional pills, easy to eat and don't taste like cough syrup (unlike other cherry flavored things).
