Bought this extension cable to relocate a ring camera. Easy to install. Although it has been in the rain and snow, it has performed excellently.

Used this cable as an extension for a RING solar panel to charge my outdoor RING camera. Worked great. Did not adversely affect the functionality at all. Very heavy cable to insure no voltage drop. Water resistant connection.

Ring extension cable is a good one. It holds snug, and is sturdy. It works well outside. It helps keep a camera battery charged with a solar panel.

I have two cameras that have their respective solar panels mounted next to each other and one camera required this extension cable as it's much further away. The camera using this extension cable charges at a slower rate than the one without even thought their solar panels receive the same exact sun exposure.

At first, the cable didn’t work because it caused too much voltage drop or didn’t work as expected. However, Ring promptly sent me a replacement cable, and this one works perfectly. I want to recognize that Ring products have been reliable for me over the years. This was just a small issue, and I appreciate how it was resolved.

Perfect length needed to drop from roof

We need it a longer cable for our solar panel and this was an awesome find! Our camera was compatible and the solar panel too. We have a Ring camera with its panel. The cable was a game changer for us since the place we wanted the solar panel was a bit higher than usual, that cable made our installation easier. Totally recommended it.

This extension has worked exactly as it was supposed to. I’ve installed and it’s been in service over two months and I’ve had zero problems with it. If you need an extension for your Ring camera this works great.

Works great! I added a Ring Battery Spotlight Cam Pro to my Ring camera collection as I needed one in my side yard. I thought I would try out the Ring Solar Panel (2nd generation) in hopes the batteries would stay charged longer. I needed the 3 m USB_C Extension Cable to install the solar panel around the corner from the north facing camera so it would face east as south facing was not an option.. It's been installed for just over a month and the batteries remain at 100% by the end of each day. The solar panel gets the morning sun and that has been sufficient to maintain a full charge. Based on my experience, the extension cable has worked as expected. I can highly recommend this extension cable, if needed, as it was in my case.

At the rear of my house I have a Ring solar panel connected to a Stick-Up Cam/Outdoor camera that has proven to be excellent. At the front I have the Spotlight Cam Plus. Due to its location and difficulties with access to change batteries I wanted to add a solar panel. However the location of the solar panel in close proximity to the camera was less than ideal for getting a decent amount of sunlight to the panel. As a result I needed to order some of these extensions. In the end I needed to get 3 of these extension cables run in series in order to be able to get the solar panel in a good position. I was concerned regarding the possible voltage loss across 9 metres of extension cable, plus the 2 metres provided with the panel. However, I've had no issues with the solar panel charging the batteries in Spotlight Cam plus. As I had a USB voltage testing tool I decided to investigate what the voltage losses were. I checked the voltage at both of my solar panels at the same time of day. The USB-C connector of the panels reported approximately 5.03V. When I plugged the extension cable back in to the solar panel, the USB-C connector adjacent to the camera was reporting 4.99V. So 0.04V loss with the 9 metres of extension cable in use is not bad at all. The cables themselves seem to be of a very good quality, and are actually a thicker gauge and better quality than the somewhat thin cable that comes out of the solar panel itself. The pack also contains a number of cable clips to secure the cable if required.

Das Kabel ist sehr gut Verarbeitet. Mehr kann man dazu nicht sagen. Wer allerdings-so wie ich -hofft seine USB -C REOLINK Kamera mit Solarpanel damit damit zu verlängern, wird enttäuscht sein. Der Reolink Solarpanel stecker ist zu kurz um in dem zu tiefen Stecker von Ring zu passen. Somit kein Kontakt. Da das Reolink USB- C kabel nicht lieferbar ist, hoffte ich damit verlängern zu können. Geht aber definitiv nicht. Ansonsten mach das Kabel einen dichten und wertigen Eindruck.

Anker Eufy S340の設置に伴い付属のソーラー延長ケーブルでは足らず、本商品を購入しました。しかしtype-cの抜け防止のストッパー部分が大きい為、Ankerの受け部分とリンク出来ません。使用する為には多少の加工が必要ですね。元の純正が3m、それに今回購入のケーブル2本で合計9m。色々調べて見たらソーラーの延長は6mが限度、という記事が多かったので9mで簡易的に設置し2ヶ月の実証実験を行いました。結果はすこぶる良好です、充電率は常に90%を切る事なく順調に稼働します。 使用するには相手側との相性があるので、手間がかかるかもしれませんが、要は購入した物がきちんと機能する事が重要だと思います。

Llevo aproximadamente 2 semanas con el cable conectado al panel solar y a mi cámara, ambos ring, y hay funcionado perfectamente, me gustaría que hubiera más tamaños pero cumple sin ningún problema
