I think the kits currently on sale have a best before date of June/July next year. The best before is only because the rennet starts to lose strength. But I'm happy to use rennet that's a year beyond that date. I just use a touch extra if needed. **Q: Can this b delivered to spain** A: Sorry, but we only sell to UK addresses. There are several reasons for this, one of which is that we haven't tested it ourselves with milk sold in other countries supermarkets. I have however had positive reports from expats in Spain, so it should be okay. (but you'd need to arrange postage yourself) Sorry I can't be more helpful. **Q: how much cheese (in grams) can you do in a batch?** A: It makes about 400gm per batch and depending upon which cheeses you make then expect about 12 batches. **Q: We received this and it is out of date! ?** A: Pretty obvious I would have thought,send it back! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Unique, easy and delicious! You get a good load of cheese for the price, so I would say it's great value, and I have to say, whether it's that I feel some ownership for making it or not I don't know, but it's genuinely one of the most delicious cheeses I've ever had. I've recommended it to many friends and have already ordered another box for a Christmas present. My children have asked me to wait until the weekend to make the cheese as they want to be a part of it. We are planning to start with mozzarella. I'll post some photos when we've finished producing our food :) and update this review following the taste test!As an idea for Christmas I would definitely recommend it. For vegetarians there is a cheese only version I think , which we might try next.Delivery was quick from a UK seller. No concerns there at all.
