Good product for exercise

Stretching ability
First of all they are delivered in good condition, there were no Nick's and cuts on it. Second thing they are cost effective and I have bought 3 bands of heavy range and also they are effective in their usage. You can easily workout with them for your flexibility according to your need

Broke in 2 days.
Bands are of bad quality. Green one broke in 2 days of usage, and the next blue one is starting tear with visible holes in next 2 days. Going at this pace 3 bands will last max of 1.5 - 2 weeks.My previous experience with other brands have been good with a single band lasting upto 6 months.Not sure how with is Amazons choice.

I went for x light , light and medium, but x light and light can be avoided by seasoned gym goers. For mobility or health related purpose they are good.
