Excellent Product with very Good Online Support.
I bought this product to replace the mechanical brakes on my E-Bike. The previous brakes worked but were very average especially the back brake. I bought the 3-pin version in black, and the product arrived about a week or so later, as described in the listing. The product consists of a box containing a pair of rotors, the front and back callipers, the left and right levers and a set of adaptors to suit different kinds of mounts on the bike along with some screws, olives and other parts to install them, i.e. as shown in the picture. The box also came with a small leaflet indicating that the supplier had a video showing how to attach them. I have never fitted hydraulic brakes before, so I mailed the company. Their representative, Joe, was very helpful. He sent me a video using WhatsApp and answered my questions. The video was very useful, and I found a couple of others on YouTube. Having Joe around to answer any questions I had made the task both easier and a pleasure. He was very helpful. In my case, my bike has an IS mounting for the back calliper and a post mount on the front. The relevant adaptors were in the kit. So I simply fitted the parts and then attached the callipers to the levers. Attaching the hose to the lever took some care, but the video supplied covered that in detail. The only difficulty I had was that the product is supplied with male Julet plugs, and my bike was expecting female ones. So, I took the old level cables and cut, soldered and crimped the connections onto the new levers. I am glad I made this change because these brakes are a massive improvement from what I had. They have a very positive braking action, probably because of the four pistons. The adjustment was a breeze. It is a very good product. Having used them, I'd hate to go back to mechanical ones.

Don't work with Bafang bbshd.
The power cut off don't work on both brake levers. Otherwise they are a good set of hydraulic brakes.

Good
Easy fit, but take your time connecting the cable (hydraulic pipe) to the lever and bleed afterwards. Also you must clean the discs and pads afterwards with bike disc brake cleaner. They work well and look good.

I have a long range, touring e-bike that weighs around 150 lbs with 45 Amp hours worth of batteries. Using cable braked I often found myself in some dangerous situations which ultimately caused me to reduce my average rates of travel and to start brake very early. No, I travel full time at top speed and can almost stop on a proverbial dime, if you will. It's like it's an entirely different ride. Just pull the trigger and buy it. NOTE: keep you original brackets and bolts from you current brake system, as you may need some of them to properly fit this system to you bike.

If you’re coming from mechanical disc brakes these will be a huge improvement. Installation was pretty straightforward. Braking on my 29” e-bike went from barely stopping to one finger braking. I haven’t had any leaks or issues. The red anodized paint look is a great accent. The kit comes with everything needed for Bafang mid-drive, even two short 3 pin brake lever / motor shut off adapter wires. Using a good pair of cable cutters I was able shorten hose to proper length. They are pretty compact in size, making installation in tight areas easy. I bought a bleed kit, but never used it. Brakes felt highly responsive the moment I pulled the lever. The hardest part of the installation was tapping in the hose compression fitting. They make a tool for this, but a few taps with a small hammer worked fine. The build quality is great. But my set did come with an insignificant scratch on one caliper. You only see it if you’re looking for it. I wish I’d known how well four piston 180 mm hydraulic brakes stopped before wasting money on ceramic brake pads for my old mechanical 160 mm brakes. If you’re undecided on a new set of brakes, I highly recommend you give these ZOOM HB-876E four piston hydraulic brakes a try. UPDATE: One month later and ZOOM brakes are still performing perfectly. They work great on my 70 pound e-bike and 230 pound rider. I offe hear complaints from Shimano brake users that Chinese brake products are garbage. That’s not been my experience at all. These ZOOM brakes are one of the best investments I could have made. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The mechanical brakes on my cheap Ebike weren't very good. I added these and the bike feels a lot safer. The 2 finger lever is very comfortable. Great brakes! Customer service was very helpful also.

Let me start off by saying I'm not a small guy. I'm 240lbs, and on top of thar, my Ebike with everything loaded is around 80lbs. That's 320+ lbs to stop which my mechanical brakes were having a rough time doing safely and quickly. I picked these up after watching many videos on how hydraulic brakes are far superior in terms of stopping power, being able to feather the brake more consistent, and longevity. I can 100% say for certain that I'm extremely happy I picked these up. It's night and day difference on stopping power versus the finger power needed ratio. Before, with mechanical brakes I had to pull awfully hard to come to a quick stop, and my brakes were screaming at me and the heat put off was insane, I actually burned my fingers touching the caliper after riding one time, I learned to not do that again haha. When I installed these, one hose was leaking at the fitting on the brake handle, I contacted Amazon and they sent me out a replacement for it, so that was A+ as always from Amazon customer service!! These 4 piston brakes paired with Bucklos ceramic brake pads are an absolute necessity for me now! I do recommend getting a brake bleeding kit (search around you can find a kit with a few bottles of mineral oil for around $15) because even though they are pre bled, you don't know if the right amount is in it, when I installed my brakes and got everything on the bike I noticed that my read brake was squishy and didn't have the proper pressure, so I bled them, and got more pressure than the front had, so I bled both. Very simple process, easy for anyone to do. But now that I had proper pressure, I now feel very confident in stopping, and feathering the brake on a long downhill, or abrubt emergency stopping. It stops so much better with how much weight it's counteracting. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my iZoom brakes! I will never own mechanical brakes again!

Well, good product works extremely well once setup. I found that bleeding works best using the Tektro/TRP two syringe method, and very highly recommend to fish the brake at install (the fluid in mine seemed rather dingy). While at it, give have each position expand out individually so that you can give each piston a quick clean and coating of mineral oil (if your unsure what to do, have a bike mechanic install). Given the contaminated oil I flushed out and the fact that one of the IS mounts was malformed (attached pic), the manufacturer *really* needs to pay more attention to quality control (esp. since brakes are a very important safety item). I did need one of these post adapters for my install, so the extra is just an extra (the rear of my bike has the older IS mount), so I did not request a replacement part. Good strong brakes with excellent modulation - but do spend a bit of extra time in checking everything when installing them (or have a professional install them and ask them to ensure the fluid gets flushed).
