Lightweight, reliable trekking poles with effective shock absorption and solid locking.
These trekking poles feel solid and well-finished straight from the box, with lightweight aluminium shafts and comfortable, ergonomic grips. The quick-lock mechanism adjusts smoothly and holds firmly without slipping during use. The included straps and carbide tips are well-made and add to the overall sense of quality. On the trail and out and about, the anti-shock system noticeably reduces impact on descents, making long walks and uneven terrain more comfortable. They collapse and extend easily to suit varied step lengths, and the poles balance well without feeling unwieldy. Whether walking, hiking or backpacking, they provide stable support and confidence underfoot. After repeated outings, the locks remain secure and the poles show minimal wear, even in wet or muddy conditions. For the price, they offer strong performance and durability compared with many basic poles. A dependable choice for regular walkers and weekend hikers alike.

Trecking poles
The poles seem to be reasonably well made. Have only had a quick test of the hight adjustment and appears to be stable. Don't know if they will kerp their adjustment when in use. For the price I think they will do for light use. Go try them, they aren't very expensive.

Stopped tightening
I initially left a 3star review as the poles stopped adjusting after 3 hikes. The seller contacted me very quickly with instructions on how to fix which resolved the issue immediately. I haven’t had time to trawl the rest of the product info but hopefully the fix is listed on the page in case anyone else experiences the same. This is a great product, really helps with my knee pain when we are Geocaching. Excellent product, excellent support and an excellent overall experience! 5*

20 hills done and no complaints - excellent value
I have bought cheapish poles in the past. They tend to be heavy, some have poor twistlocks that dont support your weight and I eventually bend them - usually by jamming them in between rocks. I even bent my partners £200 titanium LEKI poels this way (yes I did get them fixed for £60). So Im not keen on spending lots on poles - so I tried these with lowish expectations -despite the good reviews. Pros: Very Light for low cost poles - lighter than others I have bought (£200 LEKI titanium are lighter but not noticably so by me - only for those trying to save every gram) Robust - twistlocks seem good quality (I put my full weight on poles regulary) and these did not bend when I caught them between rocks slightly - so reasonably tough -which was a concern given how light they felt. Silly amount of baskets and attachments and bag for the money -you wont use them all but the summer and winter baskets you probably will (I wont use the others as my rucksac holds the pole tips - and cant be bothered fitting them en-route) Incredibly good value I regulary put my full weight on the straps and they held fine every day over 10 days. Cons Not much - surprisingly so - If I was being really picky and comparing them to my partners £200 LEKI, then her poles handles are more comfortable -particularly for taking your weight going downhill as they have slightly softer plastic handle grips and cork tops that are great for when you use the palm of your hand to take your weight - but you have to pay a lot of money for features like that. I found these good despite having to put my full weight on them going downhill (dodgy knee), they are softish plastic.
