The Tepimato water filters are absolutely fantastic! They fit my Sage coffee machine perfectly, and the difference in the taste of my coffee is noticeable. Compared with £15 for the original article, these work out at under £5 each if you buy a pack of four as I did. The appearance and fit is identical to the actual Sage ones. Having just fitted the first one to my Sage Barista machine, I have no idea whether they are just snake oil. What I shall do though, is keep the used original one, and then when it's time to change this new one I'll pull them both apart to see whether what's inside is comparable. Any problems, I shall report back. Allegedly y they are TuV rated, but who knows?

I recently took my Sage Oracle machine in for a repair and was alerted by the engineer to the large amount of scale within the machine, despite the fact I had been using one of the cheaper water filters provided by Sage over the last few years. He recommended these and I can honestly say they make a huge amount of difference to the level of scale that builds up in the tank. The difference is noticeable when cleaning and, though I may be imagining it, the taste of the coffee seems better as well.

Bit expensive but recommended by manufacturers of my espresso machine so went with it 😏

Great for the sage coffee machine

A couple of other reviews mentioned that they had a problem with Sage Bambino machines. I had been suggested these by Sage supplier. Whilst similar, it’s not an exact physical copy. But it fitted perfectly. However, on trying to use the poor Bambino really suffered trying to pass water through. It was a horrid sound. Tried old Sage filter and instantly better. Thinking it may have had an airlock I soaked the same filter for an hour, but no joy. Still same horrid sound of poor bambino trying to suck water through. Not wanting to repeat the trauma on a second filter in case first was faulty, I went for a return as even if it did work and it was bad luck first was faulty, it wouldn’t have boded well for quality. Hassle free full refund and I’ve now signed up to sages filter subscription. Shame as these filters would have been so much cheaper but it’s a small price for piece of mind every 3 months.

These filters are great value for money, easy to use and install. The rotating monthly timer is really helpful as reminder of when to replace. Most importantly they keep the coffee tasting fantastic!

Review is for seller. Pretty good customer service, really taking care of business, helpful. I wasn't able to use that filter because of different bottom. even though filter they sent me is solid, looks like good quality, good packing. Just be aware, it's not gonna fit in Sage precision brewer (advanced filter coffee machine from SAGE). Precision brewer needs filter with hexagon , see attached pictures.
