That’s great because you really need to be consistent to see results. I love that these are micronized too...it basically just means they’re easier for your body to absorb and use. The capsules are a normal size, easy to swallow, and I haven't noticed any weird aftertaste. It’s all natural with zero fillers, so it’s a super clean option. These pills are good quality and easy to take. I've not had any bad side effects and so far my levels seem to be getting better. Still hoping for that weight loss!

Since I've been doing this it seems that my mental clarity has immensely improved. I don't have the brain fog as much anymore and I have improved alertness and energy I also don't seem to have the sinus pressure as much anymore and it's easier to breathe
