This projector is a fantastic buy, it focuses in on each switch on to make sure it it is viewable and very easy to set up, great picture quality, sound is great, although I use Bluetooth sound bar, streaming is seamless, compatibility is fantastic, great for every day entertainment very happy with purchase and great value for the price.

Very surprised at how well this is put together and how well it performs given the price, had a few bad apples from other suppliers and models and was not expecting much from this price range but wow was I surprised. The auto focus works so well saving wasted time manually focusing and adjusting the tilts, big plus and works even when objects are in the way, amazing. Using during the day with sun beaming in and onto a pink wall was still usable, not perfect but given the challenge it smashed others out the park, closing the blinds made this a day time projector with ease and if I add a proper white screen then win win baby! Now at night this comes into it’s own, super clear, wonderful. My only gripe is the distance from wall to projector needs to be a little more than the booklet suggests, not a big deal but this would have gained 6/5 had the lense been able to cope with being slightly closer and produce a bigger projected screen. Will look out for more from this seller, it really is a gem and a steal at the price, super worth it for garden viewing, kids room etc….

This is my second Wimius projector. When I needed another one, I went straight back to Wimius and I’m really pleased I did. The first thing I noticed — and was genuinely impressed by — was the brightness of the colours. The room I use it in isn’t particularly dark; there’s quite a bit of daylight coming through and my curtains aren’t blackout or anything like that. I was actually shocked when my son turned on the projector before I’d even had a chance to close the curtains — it was so bright! Even with full daylight in the room, it felt like we were just watching a TV. Of course, it looks even better once the curtains are drawn. I’m also very happy with the clarity of the picture. It’s really sharp. I wouldn’t say the auto-focus always gets it exactly perfect, but it gets very close — and with a couple of little tweaks using the remote, I can get it just how I like it. The remote allows for tiny adjustments, which makes it easy to find the perfect sharpness. The sound quality is also great. It’s clear, goes quite loud, and the quality is very good. Setting it up was really straightforward. Maybe having had a Wimius for years helped, but honestly, there was nothing complicated or confusing — my 11-year-old did most of it anyway! I’m not sure what the ‘ideal’ distance between a projector and a screen is, but I’m using it in a fairly small room with a distance of about 2.5 to 3 metres, and it works perfectly. The screen size feels just right — not too big, not too small — and there’s no issue at all with the clarity of the picture. As for the fan noise, again, I don’t know what’s considered ‘ideal’, but it’s definitely reasonable. I wouldn’t call it super quiet, but none of us found it distracting or annoying. It’s actually quieter than our old one, which we were perfectly happy with too. Overall, I’m really happy with this projector so far (had it for about a month now), and for me, it’s well worth the money.

I chose this Wimus projector as a first trial for a home setup. On the whole I am very happy with it. Easy and quick to set up and the picture quality is great. Colours are strong, crisp and clear thanks to the auto focus and brighter than I expected. You will need to use the blinds on the brightest days but not as often as I expected and certainly better then the price tag would suggest. I use it projected straight onto the wall without a screen. The sound is not bad but connect a Bluetooth speaker for the full cinema experience. Minor points I have experienced are, that the default volume when you start up is quite high so it comes on very loud when connected to a Bluetooth speaker and there is no way to change this. Also the sound will cut out for a couple of seconds every now and then when using Bluetooth. These are not major issues and I'm sure they can be fixed with a firmware update. This looks a quality unit and I am more then happy to have it setup in my living room. Visitors are also impressed, wanted to know more details and we're surprised at the quality for the price.

After many months of trying out different projectors I decided to try the wimius p62 and my i say I'm liking so for the picture image is very good at this price point also I'm liking the auto focus that works very well even with things around it The sounds OK but I'm still inprest with the ease and function of it all i think must projector need a separate sound system but the fact that I can connect to Bluetooth make it pretty easy to connect with my soundbar which seems to work like a dream Mirror streaming with my phone was also very good no problem so far Only tried android don't use apple so can't comment on that The remote can be a little hit and miss when trying to navigate around it seems slow sometimes to connect The little carry bag is a nice touch also for when want to go around to family or friends just slip it in the bag and of you go nice like that much better than a carrier bag lol I'm no expert or anything but I've been impressed with this little projector The connection are all easy to access at the back of the unit couple of hdmi and 2 usb and audio jack also If any thing I would say that it's perfect for the kids to enjoy at home or away Seems a nice little gift for the grandkids over the summer holidays or the sleepovers Gaming I can't comment on because it's not something I do so no console to try with it but I'm sure that it would be a lot of fun YouTube work well with no issues through firestick and everything seems to run nice and smooth Netflix seemed good Could of done with installing some app direct and that Im sure would be a nice touch I'm still enjoying using this little beauty Can't really find much wrong for this price Nice

This is my first video projector, my previous experience with video projection has been limited to work presentations, usually office documents in less than idea viewing conditions. I purchased the P62 on the basis of other reviews and some youtube video demos, all of which have been met or exceeded. I've been using it for around a month now, so i've taken a little time to get used to it before reviewing. mine is installed in a bedroom and is situated on top of an overbed storage unit at around 8 feet from the floor, it projects onto an 80inch screen approx 10 feet away. i've had to locate the projector a little offcentre relative to the screen, due to a ceiling lampshade which is located directly in front of the screen. setup for the projector is very simple and straightforward, i had no difficulty in getting the keystone adjustment right.This compensates if the projector is placed off centre location. I've been using the inbuilt video player app to playback HD (1080) mp4 videos from usb sticks. i also have an amazon fire stick attached to one of the built in HDMI ports. Sound quailty is good, although i'm currently using the headphone output to drive external bookshelf speakers, located on a shelf behind the headboard instead of the p62's internal speakers, primarily for convenience. picture quality is very good, i've found the screen is uniformly bright with excellent performance, with on screen being fast moving images displayed without any visible jerks or tearing and no visible artifacts. i would compare picture quailty with a good film projector, rather than a high quality tv image, since the screen is reflective rather than light emissive, as a conventional led or plasma tv is, this gives the projector a cinematic quality, ideal for displaying high quality mp4 versions of movies, although i've found even older tv 4:3 conversions still look good. Very Happy with my purchase.

Massively impressed with this. So easy to set up. Very Happy with my purchase. Amazing projector I had one before and it was nowhere as good as this. The whole packaging is great too and with the handy case, it makes for a really nice product. The colour quality is spot on and the sound is great. I have it connected to a large 100" screen with surround sound. Got it set up in the garage and it's spot on it really is! No more expensive projectors, this one suits the needs perfectly. The extended warranty is a great bonus too!

Great value 1080p projector. I use it to project on a white painted wall 145cm wide x 258cm high and have the projector mounted on top of a 4 block Ikea Kallax unit so it is 1.45m from the ground and 3.8m away from the wall. Which is the equivalent of a 120 inch display. I use it with a PS5, Xbox Series S, Laptop and a Sky Q mini (via HDMI switcher for 3 of them), I also feed the audio out from the projector via the 3.5mm jack to a stereo amp and speakers. The autofocus works great and the picture zoom (95% horizontal and vertical) allows me to fit the image to the wall space perfectly for my room. Due to the size of the output I sit around 3m from the projected image and at 1080p it is crisp enough for me to game in comfort (I am not a sit in front of a monitor person) and great for watching TV and movies. I have a large window on the wall adjacent to the projector so use a set of curtains with blackout lining which keeps the sunlight out and helps maintain a very bright projector image. It can be viewed during the day with the curtains open but is nowhere near as vibrant. I haven't tested the wireless capability of the projector as all of my stuff is directly connected. Overall the Wimius P62 projector is good value for money (for less than £150) and works great in my setup.
