If I can do I need to use foundation first then top?** A: Once the Builder Gel is cured, you may apply a lacquer or a Gelish color coat on top of it. A base coat will not be necessary for this step. **Q: do i have to buy anything else? i just bought the hard gel, is there an other necessary thing or i just can use and apply the gel directly to the nail** A: You'll want a brush to apply it. They're fairly cheap, you can get one at your local craft store or WalMart. It doesn't have to be anything specific. You'll also need either a UV (At LEAST a 36 watt) or LED light to cure the gel, rubbing alcohol to clean the nail and some lint free wipes and a primer. I prefer Young Nails primer. I've been using it for awhile now with zero lifting. You'll also want some nail files for finishing. 100/180 grit for shaping and a 240 grit for smoothing out the nail. Maybe even a buffing block if you want, but it's not necessary. A top coat is nice too.
