Helps with blisters
I do a lot of hiking and this year suffered greatly from blisters. This product was recommended to me by my podiatrist. I have yet to really test it as the hiking season is over for the year, but I am hopeful. The product is study and not too thick, but sticks well and stays put. I have used other products before, but they failed big time this year.

The edges rolled over when I put on my socks after application, resulting in uncomfortable lumps when walking, thus creating extra pressure at those areas.

This Carnation product - a well known & trusted brand for decades - does the job, though it isn't quite as thin as I really needed but does provide some padded protection. Handy to keep in the medicine box.

Stops any rubbing against my shoes preventing blisters and corns. Sticks easily but just as easy to remove.

Ich benutze dieses Material als Pflasterersatz. In Schuhe die immer an derselben Stelle reiben, klebe ich von vornherein dieses Material an der entsprechenden Stelle in den Schuh. Das Funktioniert sehr gut und erspart mir das Pflastern meiner Füße.
