Had razor burn after every shave with horrible stinging and redness. When started using this it instantly soothes and conditions leaving no razor burn ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mild Pleasant Fragrance and Non-Greasy *by R***S on November 16, 2023* Like most "all natural" products, this lotion is overpriced, however, it is non-greasy as advertised, and feels good on the face. Getting the pump to work takes a bit of intuition. After twisting, pulling and slapping with my open palm I couldn't get the pump to extend out of its closed position. Here is how to resolve this annoying "feature." Take the top off completely, get a paper towel to clean up afterwards, then with thumb and forefinger of whatever hand you have free, grasp the "straw" that normally sticks down into the bottle. Now you can twist the top of the pump free and will be able to use it as intended. There might be some other trick, but this one worked for me. Addendum: Now that I've used the lotion for a few days I find that it does make my skin more supple and smooth, and helps to tighten up the "waddle" that has come about from losing about 85 pounds.
