The below is based on you having a 12V battery bank. The minimum you could use is the 100/20 as the controllers can handle a higher than rated power, it is not recommended as this will cut the panels off a 290W losing your 10W from the 300W panels and may lead to inefficiency in the future. I would look at the 100/30 the one you have asked the question on as it is rated 440W. You will fully utilise the 300W of panels you have and will allow you room to add an 100W as long as the panels are within the 100V max.
