It's the best plyo box out there in market where other brands are providing the same at such higher prices .. and it's very safe .. you will not worry about your shins on the box .. so buy it ..

We have a wooden box that is way more sturdy than this box. It works if you have it on a yoga mat and up against something solid, like a wall. If you don't it feels unstable to jump on.
