Although a tad larger than I would have preferred, they still sit flush against my ear, and there is still room for tiny diamond studs in my second piercing. The posts are quite long, which surprised me. The backs are also larger than normal, giving sufficient stability. I was prepared to replace the backs with some large circle plastic backs, but I don't have to do so. The pearls are lovely and larger than I expected. The diamonds are very small, but I could see that they would be from the illustration. The raised sides are quite detailed and well created, giving the earrings beauty from all angles. In conclusion, they are exactly as advertised and I am quite pleased with the purchase.
