In my experience, it was worthless and broke after a week on my dog. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It’s NOT an instant effect universal panacea ~ but it could help your pet. *by H***D on 19 November 2018* This review is based on usage on my 13.5 year-old Labrador dog.Although it may be suggested that something like pulsed electromagnetic field therapy only works as a placebo effect in humans, your pet wouldn’t know a placebo if it smacked him round his chops. All I know is that living as I have in constant pain for a verrry lonnggg 28 years & counting I know that pulsed electromagnetic field therapy helps me ~ I’ve used a Medicur for many years with success ~ so finding a product specifically for pets was most welcome as my most faithful friend has become arthritic in his later years.As with all such things, it is incredibly unrealistic to expect that your arthritic dog will suddenly leap out of his/her bed full of youthful vigour after first use of this product. Or the second come to that. It will take time but patience & continued use should prove beneficial in the long term. The Loop is very lightweight so I can place it on my sleeping dog without disturbing him. If need be, it can be kept in place with tape. Unlike the Medicur device which only operates for about 10 minutes at a time, the Loop will remain active as long as it’s switched on ~ the manufacturer recommends at least 6 hours daily usage & it can be used for 24 hours with no issues although experience suggests the chances of it staying in place for that long are, shall we say, slim.In theory, the battery should last for 30 days of 24hr usage which is the only downside as I don’t think the battery is replaceable but I could be wrong & will be contacting the manufacturer to establish the facts. ### ⭐ Ok *by M***L on 18 November 2020* Ok ### ⭐⭐⭐ Cannot say I have felt any different yet but I do believe in biofeedback (PEMF) *by M***E on 30 March 2019* I will let you know if I do experience improvement in my symptoms.
