Nars Pure Matte Lipstick, Moscow, 0.07 Ounce

Let me preface this with a couple things: I am not a lipstick wearer, I am a med student and rarely dress up cute. That being said, I am obsessed. I had never bought NARS before, always used Mac but couldn't find the shade of red I was looking for. Everything was either BRIGHT red or verging on a dark purple. This is PERFECT! It is dark without losing the red quality. So easy to apply, and it stayed on all night without getting on my teeth! Matte didn't bother me at all, lips didn't get dried out. I am definitely going to buy this again and try different shades!

Awesome lip color, but it was a little more orange/gold than expected. I thought it would be a more muted mauve with orange undertones, but the gold shimmer can overpower the color. Still, it's a great color for me and lasts all day.

I have medium tone skin, so the Mascate lipstick compliments my skin color perfectly! I've gotten so many compliments and I stays on for a long time! I even had add some lotion on my lips to remove the color completely! Cons: If your lips are chapped, you might want to add some chapstick to lock in a little moister. :-)

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this lipstick. I have big lips and tanned in complexion and usually lip sticks are either clumpy and gross or make me look like im in drag. This one however went on smooth. No shine but very moist , color is vibrant and amazing yet subtle. You dont need to paste it on and use alot and it feels divine. Def getting more in diff colors.

really nice color, but the texture is horrible - it's too dry and zero moisture, feels like rubbing a chalk against my lips. Since I like the color, I wear it with my chapstick.

I normally don't buy matte lipstick due to them being dry. I decided to get this since reviews said it was not. I sent it back because it was indeed too dry for me. The only way I could see using it was to put lip balm on before or after and I don't want to have to do that. I am ordering Laura Mercier sheer lipstick instead.

This color lipstick is one of my all time favorites and sadly hard to find anymore. So I was thrilled when I found an Amazon seller who had one for sale. This shade of red is perfect for my skin tone and I’m a big fan of NARS cosmetics. Double bonus. Great seller.
