I’ll be honest this is the first and only pre-workout I’ve actually taken but as someone who drank an unholy amount of caffeine for the last few years I was pleasantly surprised to see that this product boosted my energy as much as I did. I just started my workout journey and a big problem I was facing was not having the strength and stamina to lift heavy for adequate reps or I got easily exhausted from cardio. I've been working out consistently for almost 8 years now and I've been using pre-workout supplements for just as long. From original formula Jack3d, to C4, Assault, Bang, ion-i, Mr Hyde, Bullnox, and dozens of other brand energy boosters, this one stands out. I have a pretty decent caffeine tolerance, it usually takes about 150 mg before I start to feel anything, but the first 3 times I took this stuff, I was so wired that I didn't sleep AT ALL. And I'm not necessarily saying that's a bad thing. It takes about 30 minutes for this stuff to kick in for me but when it does, it feels like I could run a marathon (and I hate running). I get clean, focused energy for the next 2-3 hours followed by a perky alertness for the rest of the day. No crash, no jitters, no weird twitches. EVL ENGN Shred is definitely one of my new favorite pre workout supplements. The pink lemonade flavor tastes great and the product definitely works but it loses a star for me because I really don't like artificial sweeteners. I wish more companies would stop chasing the zero calorie fad and just use natural, healthy ingredients!

I've been working out for many years, and have been throught plenty of "pre-workout suppliments" One of two things happen.. A. The pre-workout sucks, keeps me up late at night...in regards to currently and have been working out between the times of 7:30pm-8:45pm. I might feel the boost in the begining but it tends to out fairly quick, and then on top of that the taste sucks. I like to take pre-work for a month as a cycle and then switch it off for two weeks. Most the pre-workouts I've fizzle out in the first week. B. The pre-workout is amazing...however only in cycles...I might cycle it on/off every month so I'll use for a month then be off for two weeks. Particulary this one works out great. I feel slightly jittery but not overbearing, but also able to sleep well at night 6-7 hours. This forsure the best pre-workout I've had in awhile. I highly recommend this pre-workout its not super expensive, tastes great (recommend the pink lemonade or blue razz), I get the jolt that I need while on my way to the gym!

Disclaimer about the busted seal below! This is my new go to thermogenic! I tried the lemonade flavor but I’m on the blue raspberry flavor currently. I am cutting right now. Most of my exercise comes from running, cycling, HIIT, & lifting. How it feels: I don’t feel jittery or itchy when I take this thermo, it doesn’t make me crash post workout, and it lasts for about 1 hour. Flavor & consistency: Lemonade and blue raspberry are both great flavors! I wouldn’t dry scoop the lemonade since it is sour. I use a milk frother to blend now but when I used only a spoon or blender bottle it would clump a bit. I mix with 8oz of water before I workout. Use over time: I’ve gone through 1 bottle and found that you NEED to keep the dehydrator packet in there. I took it out on my last scoop and within a few days the rest of my powder was glued together at the bottom. Seal explanation: I worked at a GNC for a long time & now have a degree & certifications for PT. I wanted to make sure I explained why the paper protective seal came off during shipping while the outer plastic seal was still good. It doesn’t mean yours had previously been opened or tampered with, due to some active ingredients and the pressure changes, the paper seal can bust sometimes as shown in my picture. It happens to a lot of pre’s and proteins in my experience. This is not the only time I’ve ordered a pre workout and the seal came busted.

I've had EVL preworkouts before. I thought this would be a good option to try as I'm getting back into a regular gym routine after a summer away from the gym. The flavor is...weird. It has a smell like celery juice when you mix it. The initial taste is fine, but the aftertaste along with the smell is very off-putting. I've taken to adding a dash of lemon juice to it to help combat that. I'll finish the tub, but go back to a different flavor or different brand after this. Everything else about it is great: Good energy levels, carries me through a late night workout, etc. The flavor is really the only issue, and it's a fairly big one.

I accidentally came across this product in my local health food store, then they stopped selling it. I was so happy I found it on Amazon. This product WORKS, with weekly training and eating well I lost 70lbs in 9 months. Of course, i had a goal (getting married) but I couldn't have done it without this pre workout. You will have tons of energy and sweat unbelievable. I recommended this product to everyone who asks how I did this. BUY IT!!!
