A lot is included
This order came with everything I needed to get me started on my journey. The pillow is so convenient and the boards were a plus super affordable and easy to use. Even the soft foams included made everything so much easier. I do suggest selling a separate kit without the boards so you can double up and have two to change out between doing laundry.

I liked that everything came in a kit, but I didn’t use the urinal. The foams included were thinner, and I ended up purchasing more within the first month. I really like the back board since it was longer, but there could have been more support for the abdominal board. The BBL pillow wasn’t too high, and it was more comfortable than the thicker ones most people buy.
