While they offer impressive light-blocking performance, there are a few minor limitations to consider. First and foremost, these light blockers are designed to create blackout strips on both sides of the blinds, making them particularly well-suited for bedrooms and nurseries. The 58.5" length and 2-piece set provide ample coverage for most window sizes, ensuring maximum light reduction and privacy. The installation process was straightforward, and the side tracks fit snugly against the blinds, effectively blocking out external light sources. I have noticed a significant reduction in the amount of light that enters the room, which has greatly improved the overall ambiance, especially during daytime naps and nighttime sleep. Additionally, the PVC material used in these light blockers is sturdy and durable, ensuring long-lasting performance. The quality construction gives me confidence that they will withstand daily use without wearing out or losing their effectiveness. It's not 100% light-blocking which is a bummer. Still worth it!

Functionality: I have inside mount black-out shades that were letting in too much light on the sides in the morning, these did the trick to block a good portion of the light streaming through the sides and now I don't wake up with the sun. Look: Matches the shade valance very well. Adhesive quality: Adhered immediately to the window, does not appear to be going anywhere for a long while.

Be careful with this product. They seem to have a problem following their own specifications. I ordered two sets that were supposed to be 59 inches in length and both came in at 58 inches making them useless. You could always remove but never add. Bad quality control.

These things work! Day sleeper in the house and these helped block the light completely! They have held up after 2 years. If you need a dark room and have roller blinds, you need these!

This is a 3rd order of this product which I do like but the manufacturer isn't paying attention. 1st order perfect. 2nd order I was sent a used product, paid for new, cut up and backing removed off the tape so the tracks were sticking together when it arrived. Sent it back. Got the replacement and the tape attached had air bubbles along both entire pieces. Instead of sending back because it won't adhere well I spent 20 minutes using a razor blade making holes in the tape to get the air bubbles out before attaching to the wall. Once I did that it was fine.

Tape not durable. Adhesive too weak and constantly lifts.

We bought these to use with our blackout blind in our bedroom. My husband is a shift worker and we like to sleep so we want our room as dark as possible. We bought multiples and cut them using an X-Acto knife. They stick great and we used them on all three sides. Would highly recommend. They cost way less than getting custom blackout blinds.
