The toy is fun *by L***R on Reviewed in the United States on May 21, 2015* There are 2 pieces for form 1 unit. It is 12 helicopters not 24. But the price is good. The toy is fun. The LED can be turned on and off to preserve the battery. It flies very high. The rubber band is super-sturdy. It takes eye-hand coordination to use it. So I would imagine children 7 and older are best able to manage. I give them out as prizes and they are well received. The order arrived with all 12 helicopters in a zip lock bag with 1 set of instructions. Since we weren't all using them at the same time, I made copies of the instructions. I will order them again. They're fun, especially at night. A great night-time beach toy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kids loved them.
