Perfect for extended fasting
Fasted for 5 days and only took these and water. I had 5 at a time, four times a day. Without these I would have had severe headaches and dizziness. With these I felt my usual self the whole time.

il migliore in assoluto per chi cerca sali per il fasting. Non necessario per il 16:8 o per il 24 ( sarebbe sprecato) ma da 36 fino a168 ore di fasti g prolungato eโ indispensabile. Non esiste nulla del genere sul mercato, a meno che prendiate gli ingredienti singolarmente , ma ad un costo molto maggiore.

Perfect aid during fasting.
I purchased these to aid in performing a three day fast. I had no issues during my fast and Iโm assuming these are to thank, I was able to stay balanced while water fasting for the entirety of my food fast. These were highly recommended to me by members of a fasting group I joined and Iโll join them in suggesting these if you plan to fast.
