A bit pricey but not any more than other quality coffee. Was freshly roasted and tastes good but mostly I feel better drinking this than other higher caffein coffees. Don't get jittery from the caffeine. I can drink 2 cups as opposed to limiting myself to 1 cup of other coffees, and still not get as much caffeine. It has plenty of caffeine though. I say give it a shot, you might be surprised.

As a pour over brew, this coffee is very, very smooth with almost no acidity, even with no sweetener or cream. Very tasty and easy on the stomach. A bit expensive, but for that just one cup in the morning or evening, it is just about perfect.

Did not like the of the coffee, it had a fermented taste.

I enjoy French press coffee. I ordered this coffee as a taste test in f something new, but it fell short on taste. Not bad, just not impressive.

I tried this based on their ads. This is my first time paying this much for a bag of coffee. I've tried other low caffeine and low acid coffees in the past but they were not helpful for my GERD. However, this coffee tastes great both cold and hot and doesn't make my stomach feel like it's twisting in the knot. Also, no jitters if I drink more than one cup. For a single person this bag lasted a month.

1 STAR! Unfortunately, I will return this coffee. Makes you wonder if they dumped old stock onto Amazon. No wonder the 'coffee smell' isn't there. However, if it were fresh, this is what I would say: 5 STARS: I like this coffee for the mold testing and low caffeine content - and fermentation is a bonus. 5 STARS: I can drink 3 cups of coffee without worrying I've had too much caffeine. That's less than 1/2 a cup. However, what I didn't like was that it did not smell like fresh coffee even when I squeezed the bag. I have ordered directly from this brand many times and the box is delivered smelling like coffee. The reason may be they shipped the whole bean and not the grounds, as I normally order. I would prefer to buy it grounded. The main reason I ordered on Amazon is that it normally took the brand about 2 weeks to get my coffee to me, and I thought Prime would solve the problem. I prefer to have the grounded version as I do not own a grinder. So, that is also a drawback. But, the worst of it was when I discovered it was roasted over 10 months ago, May 15 2024. It's March 22 2025.

I was not expecting whole coffee beans. My electric coffee grinder could not handle the load. My food processor was able to grind the beans although not as finely as I would like. The aroma and taste are fantastic however!!!

This coffee is delicious and has greatly helped my digestion. I cannot tolerate regular coffee so I drink decaf, this is just as tolerable as decaf.
