All good. It would have helped to have instructions. I had to get a friend to change it for me . . . not exactly rocket science but we are not all good at this stuff. Excellent product.

excellent for students on a budget
Bought for my sp11 printer. I They work just like the originals but seriously what a world we live in the printer itself cost £30 but the toner £34 but you do get two cartridges one cartridge will easily last you one whole year of casual use (i dare not say a 1000 sheets but easily 300-400)

Bought in 2019 for SP 211 and has been great its just stopping working not bad after nearly 6 yrs and loads of printing

Great for the price.
Not as dark print as Ricoh Original but loads cheaper and it is doing the job. Would buy again if it lasts as long. Update: They sent me two replacements free of charge and the one in the printer now works perfectly. Customer service at its best!

Slight lines in print
I got two of these just to print Royal mail delivery slips, these are OK thy left some small lines in print but was good enough for what I needed. Have just gone to order some more but they have increased the price by 40% from last time, so unfortunately I will be buying from another ink company. Would be good too if they could have done some kind of exchange service.
