Is size chart the length of the shoe or your feet?

It's the length of the foot. For instance; I wear a size 10.5" US men size, but the length of the shoe is 12". So the chart is the foot length. By the way, EXCELLENT shoes. I will buy again.

I just saw a video here for this product and the guy said that one of the two zippers does not work. Do both zippers work or not?

I have serval of these Bruno Marc combat oxfords. I bought one in most colors because I like them so much. I don't have the motorcycle one, though. On mine, just like these, there is a long inner side zipper that definitely works. I never unlace, preferring to just zip in and out. When it comes to this motorcycle variation, I think the outer zipper at the laces, as well as the buckle, are just decorative design elements.

Are they good to work in for extended hours?

In my opinion, yes. I suffer from neuropathy in my toes, so comfortable footwear is paramount to a good day. I have found both pairs of Bruno Marc boots I purchased have been comfortable enough to wear for extended periods. Hope this helps you!
