What can I say - they are delicious, unhealthy but delicious. I must buy some more. Be careful not to become addicted, it's too late for me. Mine arrived with a two month sell by date. Ingredients: Select Potatoes, Sunflower Oil, Sea Salt and Balsamic Vinegar Seasoning (Sea Salt, Dried Balsamic Vinegar, Potato Maltodextrin, Sugar, Dried Barley Malt Vinegar, Citric Acid).
