Excellent for Diabetic Person

Cannot see much of a effect.
I dont know really if its working...using for 2 weeks...not seen any improvement...you get like sand type at the end in the glass...i am mixing like neem, karela and jamun altogether...quite often i have it twice in warm water...but not seen much improvement. Brought this because of reviews...
