I found that after a week of using this (once every other day putting it in my hair 2-3 times, leaving it for a few minutes then finding) I really noticed the seb derm on my scalp reducing which was amazing. Negatives - the scent of it is very strong and not very pleasant but does not stay in your hair for long.
