KitchenCraft Sink Plug Hole/Overflow Cleaner Brush, 45.5 cm (18")

I have two daughters with long hair, I have one of the plug covers with holes in but still the water drains slowly, so i got this as the reviews on the plastic ones were either fantastic or total rubbish! Arrived a few days ago, popped into the drain and at fist didn't bring out much but after a couple of prods it got the start of such a monster i had to use both hands (wearing rubber gloves) to pull out the mass of entwined black gunk & hair....it was the yukkiest thing i think i have ever seen!! but it did the trick and my water now flows freely...!! definitely recommend.

This brush is great! I wanted a long brush to really get into the nooks and crannies of my kitchen/bathroom sinks and bath and this did the job really well. I was horrified at all the yuk that the brush pulled out but so glad it's all gone. It was more difficult to use on the bathroom sink overflow as although it's flexible , it couldn't bent enough to really get into the overflow. All in all I'm pleased with it.

I received a genuine KitchenCraft brush as showed in the bottom photo (with the label attached). It was easy to manoeuvre the brush down the plug hole of my bathroom sink. What I am most pleased with, is that the brush managed to untangle and draw quite a bit of hair stuck in the drain trap under the sink. Will be using it regularly now. The tip of the brush has a soft, rubber/plastic cap on the end of the metal core. This got ripped, so I removed it altogether, to avoid it from falling off in the plug hole. I bought mine from The Cookshop - quick delivery and good packaging. Thank you very much!

Brush came away from handle after 5 or six uses, still can use it but have to be extra careful that brush come off each time.. Does the job intended, shame build quality not the best

Brilliant little gadget, saved me a ton of money as I didn't have to get the plumber out to unblock my drain. The tip might not last forever as it could get a bit bunged up with time but to be honest, just glue another piece of Velcro onto the wire end and there you go.

Absolute rubbish. Bristles worth £1 the rest forget it. Handle came off whilst removing it from its backing card and no way to replace it or stop it coming off again. Never got to use it and now in bin. Handle would have been better if it had been a continuation of the wire in the brush and then looped to hold.

A handy brush. From the handle down it is 14" and the brush bit of that is 9". It reaches down to the bend in my kitchen sink so handy for clearing the plug hole area down. The photo is a bit misleading the brush bit is stiff and it does NOT bend. In fact the photo shows that it is ALL bristle but the bit between the 9" brush and the handle which is approx 5" long is bendy - this gives you some flexibility with cleaning the inside of the pipe but it does NOT go around corners. Having said that because of length a handy brush and fit for the purpose I intend it for. Someone else has commented that the end rubber had come off and caused problems - it looks like it might come off in time but under that is the end of the wire and I think it will still function well. Time along will tell how long it lasts but I am so far happy.

I was having problems cleaning my bathroom plughole. Nothing I had would fit down the plughole. I would squirt cleaning products down them but some gross sludge and hair would still remain. I found this device and it's brilliant. I always use it as part of the bathroom clean now. It fits down the plughole no problem and lifts away all the dirt with absolute ease. Hey presto, clean plugholes!

è comodissimo per raggiungere i punti più critici del bagno, finalmente non faccio più fatica. Manegggevole arriva dappertutto e scrosta bene lo sporco

Dans le genre brosse Mac Guyver, c'est génial. Pour nettoyer l'intérieurs de tuyau de douche ou d'entrée de poire de douche, avant d'y mettre un produit anti-calcaire, c'est génial

Habe die Bürste zum Reinigen vom Waschbeckenüberlauf und Siphon gesucht Und als augenscheinlich beste Lösung gefunden. Beim Entpacken fällt auf, dass der Griff nur eingeklebt ist. Beim ersten Versuch einer Reinigung des Waschbeckenüberlaufes bestätigt sich der Verdacht. Der Griff löst sich beim Herausziehen! Da die Bürste in schwer zugängliche Ecken von diversen Abflüssen gebogen werden muss, wäre hier eine mechanische Verankerung nützlich. Die Bürste selber ist solide verarbeitet. Der Hauptdraht als Träger könnte sich flexibler dem Rohrverlauf anpassen. Die Reinigungsleistung ist solide.

Eine mal verwendet und gleich der Griff abgerissen...null Effekt Der gute alt pümpel hat tausend mal mehr Effekt als dieses teil
