I really like this feature. The lock itself is another issue. The finger touch is a bit quirky. It doesn’t always work. Most times I have to try two or three times to open the door. The away auto lock feature is nice. It seems to work as described. The Auto Unlock feature works but I have to wait a few seconds after I’m close to the lock for it to activate. I wish it would unlock from a further distance so the door is unlocked when I get to it. I have been using the lock only for a few days so I think the jury is still out on the lock. 2/23/24 Review: Door lock arrived quickly and well packaged. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Instructions for connecting to WiFi and the U-Tec app were intuitive and easy to follow. The lock performs flawlessly. Sturdy enough for a commercial application.
