Mary Ruth's Liquid Nighttime Multimineral, 30 FZ

It is so delicious like a coconut margarita. It is thick and I learn to put it in some water to dilute it. It was some discomfort taking a shot of it because of the sweetness but there is no sugar in it. I am guessing the natural flavors in it which synthetic lab flavors. However, it works to make you sleepy.. allowing your body to process it and stimulate melatonin if you been sleeping late. The smell is coconut. It is worth buying and I am glad it goes on sale sometimes. If you dislike coconut, it taste exactly like coconut flavor with a hint of sweetness. Kids and hubby like it .. I like it! I do place it in water to take it down quicker. I would buy again when it’s on sale and as long the bottle size don’t change. There is a smaller size, I think 15 ounces which would be great for summer trips. I will update.

It actually works! Taking this liquid magnesium minimizes the time it takes our high energy kid to fall asleep. It tastes good too.

I really like this brand and when I tried this one it didn’t disappoint. I wish the taste was a little better but not too bad. It relaxed me and allowed me to stay sleeping longer. Didn’t feel tired in the morning. Would recommend trying it.

We give this to our youngest, age 5, each night before bed. It has been a great supplement that is calming and helps him to wind down at night. The coconut flavor tastes great and is the perfect amount of sweetness!

I only wish this tasted better because it’s a great product! My kids had a hard time taking it down though. I take it too and also struggle with the taste and texture but if you can get past that it is WONDERFUL!!! Naturally sleepy within and hour and no melatonin!

Realmente ayuda a dormir mejor, estaba escéptica al principio pero desde la primera noche que me tomé dos cucharadas como lo indica la botella una hora antes de dormir ya no me he despertado tanto en la madrugada y el puntaje de mi sueño ha mejorado mucho y ha sido constante cada que lo tomo. Lo recomiendo muchísimo, es lo que hasta ahora me ha ayudado ha dormir mejor.

Lo recomiendo tiene buen sabor y ayuda a conciliar el sueño Pero llego sin vaso dosificador
