I can tell you that it works efficiently and stays in place. **Q: Does this work for incontenent people** A: Yes it protects the mattress....I also bought some Kyle sheets for my mum as they are absorbent and can be machine washed. **Q: Double bed size** A: This one is single but there are double bed ones around. **Q: There are no tumble drying instructions on the label, what settings should be used?** A: I tend to hang it up on a door over night...rather than tumble drying.
