I honestly didn’t expect much at this price point, but this thing is exactly as advertised and then some. Super easy to use right out of the box. Charge it, feed the cable, and you’re rolling. The image quality surprised me… it’s actually clearer than the $5,000 camera my plumber uses, and he charges me $850 for a one-hour pipe inspection. The self-leveling works great, the screen is bright, and the picture is crisp enough to see every little detail inside the line. If you’re dealing with sewer line or HVAC issues or just want to quit guessing what’s going this camera can pay for itself in a single use. I honestly wish I’d bought it sooner. Be careful to not over bend the cable!!! Idk about the long term durability but right now it’s awesome.

Not bad for the price.

If it works then it works. First part is the camera did work. However the locator wand didn't even power up. I called a professional and he came in with his professional locator to locate the pipe for me. Turns out the camera also isn't emitting the 512hz frequency to track it. He used his system that runs the same 512hz frequency and was able to detect and track it underground proving it was this Vevor not working. A search on Youtube found several others saying they had the same issues. So as a camera it works fine but for anything else it doesn't work. For that reason I would have given it 2 stars because I was able to see the break in the pipe. Just couldn't find it without hiring a professional to look for it. So why did I give it a 1 star? Support. The tech support group is horrible. I told them the device won't power on. They wanted pictures. Sent pictures of it getting a new set of batteries and still not powering on. This wasn't good enough for them and instead of arguing with them while my return window was running out I just returned it.

Works great

After about the 10th use the pic quality went way down. Almost a black and white pic. The camera wire is really thin so you can go through about 3 90s before you bend the wire to point of snapping it. If you don't use it that day you still have to charge it everyday battery just dies even nothing is on. Camera is really small if there is a 1" of water flowing in the pipe you can't see anything and not practical for a commercial setting where water is always running. The adaptor to center the camera is to clumsy and fell off in pipe I was in. Not a practical set up. Needs a 15mm thick pushing wire.

Great. Paid for itself after a week (inspected 5 sewer lines already). Important to read the Locator instructions. IF YOU POINT WAND TOWARD THE LOCATOR THE SIGNAL IS REDUCED. THIS IS COUNTER-INTUITIVE UNTIL YOU REALIZE THE RADIO TRANSMISSION PHYSICS: The transmission antenna in the camera points in direction of camera down sewer line. The wand receiving antenna MUST be pointed parallel to the line for maximum signal. If wand is pointing perpendicular to line, little signal. Until I realized that, I could make little sense of the readings. Once I figured that out I could easily locate a pipe 6' down within a couple feet. Other points: start at highest sensitivity ("Far" setting and D value 9) until you pickup signal. Then turn sensitivity down ("Near" and low D value) to narrow in.

Premetto che sono un professionista,conosco i limiti e la delicatezza di queste video ispezioni. Il primo impatto sono rimasto meravigliato per la sua robustezza provandola e' stata una delusione,quando l ho accesa la prima volta l immagine nel video non era il massimo,la seconda volta l'immagine era opaca la terza si era formata un alone alla quarta volta si vede solo a puntinil. Assistenza pari a zero ,comunichi con te stesso .Mi sento derubato

The quality of the video and the auto-leveling is next level. The ability for you to locate the camera Up to several feet below the surface is an incredible feature to find the trouble spots. Makes an excavation job so much cheaper by quickly locating the trouble spots. Although the distance measurements would have been nice to have on the screen, They are printed on the actual wiring for an accurate distance through the pipe. Once you get used to using the frequency detector it becomes very easy and quick to identify the location of the camera and the pipe underground.

Compre una y en menos de un año se ha estropeado. Es la segunda cámara Vevor que tiene el mismo problema. Y no llegan al año de funcionamiento. No enciende la pantalla. Las 2 han tenido el mismo problema. Y con un precio muy elevado para su utilidad.

Self levelling works good. It paid for itself on the first job. The length markings on the cable are helpful but small and a bit hard to read.
