Seriously, get this.It…stays…ON!See my pix; The 1st pic is when I first put it on at 5:59 pm. The 2nd pic was when I woke up the next morning at 7:03 am. It didn’t budge!When I put it on, I just wiped my eyelid with a dry cotton round; no primer, or anything. It stayed on perfectly for 13 hours and is still going strong. It went on easily, just a few swipes to get the amount of color I wanted and I was done. It was easier and faster to apply than powder eyeshadow. I am 50 years old, and the stick didn’t pull on my skin or anything. It went on perfectly.I got the “Magnetic Pull” shade. On my fair complexion it comes out as kind of a metallic brown. After seeing how well it applies and stays on, I ordered the “Perfect Pearl” to use as a highlighting shade.Some reviews did mention that the stick breaks. I played with it, and when I twisted it out all the way and touched it, yes it started to break…because physics. Keeping it lowered so just enough (just the tip 😂) is out for application will keep the stick secure. Besides, even if it does crack a little, just gently press the stick back in the tube and it should be fine. I’ve been doing that with Lipstick, eyeliner and concealer for decades, this is nothing new.The regular price is $6. You can’t go wrong! In fact, I got this shade for $3 on sale - that’s what got me to choose this shade. But even at regular price, this is an excellent value.I am fairly new to e.l.f. products, and I have loved everything I have tried so far. My biggest difficulty has been selecting the correct shades for my skintone. Every product of theirs I have used has been of the highest quality. And as a fair-skinned, 50 year old person with a lot of skin sensitivities, I haven’t had any problems with any e.l.f. products. They are pretty amazing and very affordable.

This shadow stick is not very creamy, so it’s harder to apply. However the color sticks all day long! It is water resistant, as I have to scrub to get it off in the shower. This is handy to have in your makeup bag for an easy eye look!

I may have done something wrong? The stick was dry and broke on first attempt use. The color was nice but it applied- (not smoothe.) It's only 5$ so probably worth is if it hadn't broken.

They aren't kidding when they say no smudge. I'm not great with makeup but I struggled to get this to blend. Its a pretty color, just a bit dark for me. Color is the same as the outer case.

I have used the E.L.F. no budge shadow stick in other colors and love it. It goes on smooth and blends easily. I like to use these for a light, natural look that lasts all day. This is a new color for me and is a nude color. Beautiful, I highly recommend! The price is phenomenal.

I love these shadow sticks mostly because I've never been able to apply makeup well, especially eye shadow and this makes it so easy to get a thicker "eye line" and the colors are just great. I like the neutral colors for a more natural look, and the more colorful ones for a more dramatic, "going out" look. The price cannot be beat, and the quality is just as good as other shadow sticks, which I also buy. But I like the ELF ones the best. They are light and easy to apply. I keep multiples - one in my vanity, one in my bag. I even keep one in the glove box of my car. I like the shimmery ones better than the matte ones, but those are nice, too.

It's ok. It's not horrible, not great. It is definitely way more of a glitter than a shimmer and not the smoothest application either. I wouldn't buy again simply because Hard Candy shimmer shadow sticks apply like butter and are better quality. It might be fun to do some Halloween makeup with but Def not an everyday look. The glitter falls out (as noted in the pic) and I also dont want it in my eyes. It rubs off and washes easily. This would not be my go to shadow stick. Most elf products are decent, but this one is a pass for me. It'll probably sit in my makeup case until I throw it away sadly.

I love a lot of elf products. Was disappointed by this and had bought multiple colours. Not long lasting, colour not well pigmented and the product comes loose within its pencil casing

The colour is stunning and easy to apply

I have a number of shades in this eyeshadow stick. They are easy to use and look better on my mature eyes than many other eyeshadows. I apply my face makeup with a brush and sweep it over my eyelids which evens out the tone and helps with blending as some of the shades feel difficult to blend but it doesn’t end up in the creases which pleases me. I have become a big fan of elf products now.
